Working papers prepared for an engagement are licensed to you for internal use and for sharing with your statutory auditor; they may not be resold or published without our written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or regulator.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Governing law
