About Clouddatasynccom
Who we are, how we work with Hong Kong group finance teams, and why intercompany transaction audits are our focus.
Origin
Clouddatasynccom was formed in Kwun Tong to give Hong Kong groups a dedicated place for intercompany transaction audits — work that often sits awkwardly between statutory audit and internal bookkeeping. Our office is at Two Harbour Square, 180 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, within reach of the industrial and trading companies that still run multi-entity ledgers across the harbour and into the mainland.
Mission
We help finance leads produce clear, document-backed answers about related-party invoices, management recharges, and closing balances. Boards and regulators ask specific questions; our findings letters answer those questions with evidence trails, not slogans.
How we work
Fieldwork is practical. We sit with your ledgers, request the invoices that matter, and write exceptions in plain language. We avoid expanding scope mid-engagement without a written variation. Working papers are organised so your statutory auditor can follow them without a second explanation meeting.
People
Engagements are staffed by accountants and auditors experienced with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance reporting calendars and with groups that maintain entities in both Hong Kong and neighbouring jurisdictions. Senior review is always performed before a findings letter leaves the office.
Values
- Evidence over assumption — if a recharge cannot be supported, we say so.
- Named scope — entities and periods are listed before fees are final.
- Respect for your close calendar — we plan around reporting deadlines you set.
- Clear ownership — adjustments remain your decision; we document options.
Community and place
Hong Kong’s group structures are often lean: a trading company, a holding vehicle, and one or two service entities. Our practice is sized for that reality. We are not a full-service accounting house; intercompany transaction audits and related reviews are the work we accept.
